1 cup unsweetened hemp milk

¼ cup silken tofu

½ teaspoon spirulina powder

30 milligrams CBD full-spectrum oil

½ small avocado, peeled

1 cup packed baby spinach

1 small peeled frozen banana, cut into chunks

½ cup ice cubes

1 tablespoon chopped cacao nibs, plus

¼ teaspoon for garnish

2 fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Add hemp milk, tofu, mint, spirulina, CBD, avocado, spinach, banana, and ice to a small blender.
  2. Start blender on low and increase to high for 45 seconds. Stop blender and add 1 tablespoon cacao nibs.
